Exchanges & Returns

Do you want to exchange or return an item? This can be done indoors 7 days after purchase. Send your item(s) back to or hand them in at our store. Items must be returned in their original condition (unworn, unwashed, with original price tag). If the item does not meet this condition, we unfortunately cannot accept the return.

• Items you cannot return
  Lingerie, jewelry and sale items cannot be returned.

In order to process your return, we ask you to include your name or order number with your return. Without this information it is not possible for us to process your return. Always keep your Track&Trace code.

The return costs are for the customer.
